Mistake while Maintaining Good Health😒
1.Delaying Medical Care:
                Many People delay treatment on chest pain or Heart burn. Sometime it may cause them severely on their health.Fast treatment can help them in preventing this diseases permanently. People who all are having diseases should have their medicine regularly on time or as mentioned by the doctors.Delay or skipping of treatment or medicine may have adverse affect on health of the person.
2.Nutrition Label:
 While buying product always check Nutrition label of the product.It tells the nutrition level and content of food calories,fat,sugar and sodium content.Always prefer those product which is high in nutrition and calories.Majority peoples in India give less attention to nutrition content which is provided back side of the product by every company

3.Too much of Exercise:
 Waking up at 4 am and having exercise is good but too much of exercise without rest or sleep is not good for health.Exercise should follow by rest and nutritious food. Over exercise may have adverse impact on mental and physical health of the person it might cause you body pain,decrease in immunity and muscle soreness.A Person should do ground exercise before having any kind of exercise.

4.Socialize with People:
                Many people remain far away from social life and like to remain alone because of which he/she may become mentally weak.It is better to plan the schedule for friends and family member.Join voluntary association or any sports club which will help you to release your stress 
5.Be Health Concerned:
             Before having food wash your hand which protect you from germaphobe. Try to avoid junk food and be health concerned.Do have only those food items which is suggested by specialist during your test
6.Wearing Over-weighted backpacks:
          Wearing over-weighted backpacks or purse may cause Back pain,shoulder pain.The best method is to carry limited or less item instead of pressuring the body to carry more weight.Many people are suffering from back pain and shoulder pain in the country like India.
