How to be Healthy
Every one want to be healthy in this busy life.Healthy life lead to happiness people are suffering from one or other disease.Pollution and way of life style make people to be unhealthy.Many people spend their time and money to the hospitals and health care.Many health care center also making profit out of this so to be healthy I suggest following steps
Step 1:
Wake Up Early:
To be healthy start your day from 4 am in the morning it better to do yoga and Meditation.And it reduces the stress level it give positive energy.This make the person to be health and eliminate the need for rush into their work.

Step 2:
Eat Healthy
Food is necessary for survival of every person no one can survive without food but while having food more concern is to be given on health basis.A person should not miss his morning breakfast however busy he may be.He should have light dinner in the night because our body digestion system will be low.And he should avoid fast or junk food as possible because it will have a negative impact on our body which is not good for health.And have a fruits everyday before going to bed and avoid those which is unhealthy for you and never force to have more than your ability.And never use cellphone and don't watch Tv while having the food.
Step 3:
Keep Good Company
Keep good company in and around you and try to avoid those whose discourage you and push you to the negative side.And keep good relationship with family members never try to be alone from others because it give you negative feeling and try to share your feeling and emotion with other it will make you strong and healthy person
Step 4:
Avoid Bad Habits
Try to Avoid Bad habits and don't try to get rid into it.The drinking habits like beer and wine is considered to be healthy on occasion and it will have a adverse effect if we start to consume it regularly and other habits like Drugs and smoking is injurious to health.And in many research it is also found that Consumption of Alcoholic is better than the consumption of non alcoholic beverage drinks
Step 5:
Positive Thinking
To lead healthy life think less and work more on it.High level of thinking increase the stress and burden and don't feel bad or negative for your self and have a well sleep in the night.Positive thinking about each and every thing increases the healthy status and many of them suffering due to Blood Pressure
Step 6:
Exercise Daily
Exercise make person strong and help to keep away diseases.It also increase the mental ability and thinking capacity.Exercise also make person to be fit and help him in loosing the weight.Cycling,walking,Running,Swimming,bicycling are the different type of exercises that can be made regularly. Daily Exercise should made be made before having breakfast.It always better to do exercise before having any food.
Step 7:
Avoid Using of Cell phones at night time
Using of cell phone at night time lead to lose of sleep and Using of social media may increase the stress.It also affect the eyes if we are using it for continuously.It is better to keep away mobile during night time.
Step 8:
Go Outside
Whenever there is free time go outside and spend time with family/friends.These reduces stress and give positive feeling.Visiting new places also help in acquiring new knowledge.It also result in healthy life because it keep you happy mentally
